Tasks include weed & trash recycling; septic tank & plumbing repair; replace/repair walls & carpets; restore garden; build composting, solar heaters & water heaters; handyperson tasks; replace skirting & build goat shed.
Room for rvs and trailers. Kids OK, once yard is cleared.
DSL, water, electricity and potential propane available now. Particularly welcome: someone with a pick-up truck!
