Hello, Occupy Wall Street supporters,
I'm very low income. I have no vehicle. I'm rural. I have disabilities. So, I cannot be with you on the streets to occupy my country in person. But I'm sitting in my 30 foot travel trailer, in a parking lot in rural New Mexico, thinking of you.

Study consensus decision making, nonviolent organizing, jail solidarity and a bunch of other useful information here:

There's an old Malvina Reynolds song, with lyrics, at the bottom, as well as a short film about OWS. And, of course, the Wall Street bull, wrapped in a sweater crocheted by Olek
I wrote these chants for you.
Eat a burger, eat tofu
Wall Street's what is eating you!
Don't want parasites, no cash cow
All we want for Christmas is Democracy Now!
They got our street
They got our bucks
We got our feet
Yeah, Wall Street sucks!
CEOs and broken brokers
Clean Wall Street and sweep those jokers.
Wall Street doesn't care an ounce
We're gonna close our bank accounts!
Wall Street's got no class, it seems
Greedy bunch of welfare queens.
It won't be easy, it's gonna be hard,
But I'm cutting up my credit card!
♪ ♫ ♩ ♬ I don’t know what I’ve been told,
Brokers' hearts are mighty cold!
They say they have the legal right
Three hundred homes foreclosed tonight!
They say their leadership is fit,
But they are so incompetent!
Ninety-nine percent, unite,
We won’t go down without a fight!
Occupation's here to stay,
Each of us an equal say!

(Hey hey, ho ho,)
Parasites have got to go!
(Hey hey, Ho ho,)
CEOs have got to go!
(Half-measures will not divide!)
Humans, standing side by side!
(Who’s got the power? )
We got the power!
(What kind of power?)
Human power!

Banking leeches, rich and rude!
We don’t like your attitude!
Fee increases are a crime
 All you dead-beats must resign!
We are all the ninety-nine
Wall Street's stolen their last dime

Malvina Reynolds - We Hate To See Them Go

Uploaded by on Oct 12, 2011
♪ ♫ ♩ ♬ We Hate to See Them Go

Notes: words and music by Malvina Reynolds; copyright 1958 Schroder Music Company, renewed 1987. a.k.a. "The Bankers and the Diplomats" and "Gentlemen of Distinction in the Army." An earlier version that lacked the chorus is known as "Swivel Chair Reserves," "Ticker Tape Parade," or "The Bankers and the Diplomats."

Last night I had a lovely dream.
I saw a big parade with ticker tape galore,
And men were marching there
The like I'd never seen before.

Oh the bankers and the diplomats are going in the army.
Oh happy day! I'd give my pay to see them on parade,
Their paunches at attention and their striped pants at ease.
They've gotten patriotic and they're going overseas.
We'll have to do the best we can and bravely carry on,
So we'll just keep the laddies1 here to manage while they're gone.

Oh, oh, we hate to see them go,
The gentlemen of distinction in the army.

The bankers and the diplomats are going in the army,
It seemed too bad to keep them from the wars they love to plan.
We're all of us contented that they'll fight a dandy war,
They don't need propaganda, they know what they're fighting for.
They'll march away with dignity and in the best of form,
And we'll just keep the laddies here to keep the lassies1 warm.

The bankers and the diplomats are going in the army,
We're going to make things easy cause it's all so new and strange;
We'll give them silver shovels when they have to dig a hole,
And they can sing in harmony when answering the roll,
They'll eat their old K-rations from a hand-embroidered box,
And when they die, we'll bring them home, and bury them in Fort Knox.

(Chorus) ...
